Cancellation Policy and other Fees

Reservation Confirmation:

  Online or phone reservations are not considered final or confirmed until approved by one of our representatives, along with the price.

  Upon confirmation, an email notification of the finalized reservation will be sent to the provided email address, including the confirmed price.

Cancellation Policy:

  All reservation cancellations incur a cancellation penalty if canceled after finalization by our dispatch office.

  Sedan/SUV reservations canceled within 24 hours prior to pickup time will incur a 25% cancellation charge with no exceptions.

  Vans/Limo/Buses reservations canceled within 72 hours prior to pickup time will incur a 50% cancellation charge. Cancellations within 72 hours will have a full cancellation charge.

  Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time will be charged the full fare with no exceptions.

Flight Change Policy

➔  Passengers must notify our dispatch office of any flight changes at least 5 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

  Failure to notify within the specified timeframe will result in full cancellation charges being applied for the scheduled ride.

Baggage Policy

➔  Passengers are responsible for collecting all luggage and items upon reaching the destination from the vehicle.

  Any lost baggage or items by airlines will be the passenger’s responsibility.

➔  Waiting time charges will be applied for waiting at the airport after the grace period has passed.

Domestic Flights Policy

  45-minute grace period is provided for domestic flights from the time the flight actually lands at the airport.

  Waiting time charges will be applied after the 45-minute grace period at a rate of $1.00 per minute.

International Flights Policy

  1 hour and 10-minute grace period is provided for international flights.

  Waiting time charges will be applied at a rate of $1.00 per minute after the grace period has passed.

Customs Arrivals Policy

  Drivers will wait for an hour and 15 minutes for international flights and one hour for domestic flights at customs.

  If no contact is made within this time frame, the driver will be released, and a full charge will be applied.

➔ If the passenger contacts our dispatch office/driver and requests the driver to wait, the driver will comply, and waiting time will be charged at $1.00 per minute.

Clean Up Fee Policy

➔  A penalty of $100 will be charged for incidents such as drink spills or passenger vomiting in the car, necessitating detailed cleaning.

  If there is any interior/exterior damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger, a penalty charge will be applied to either the passenger or the billing contact.

McLane Limo Service Inc Policy

  Passengers must inform the booking agent when making a reservation if they are traveling with a pet (dog/cat).

  Pets must be placed in a pet carrier while riding in our vehicles.
